Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To ensure we can accommodate all clients, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours may result in a 50% cancellation fee. If you've already paid in full, we'll refund 50%. No-shows or cancellations without sufficient notice will be charged the full-service fee. We understand that unexpected events happen, and we'll consider exceptions for verifiable emergencies, illnesses, or severe weather. However, the final decision on any fee waiver rests with the practitioner.

Late Arrival/Start Policy

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment to allow your practitioner time to prepare. To ensure we can keep to our schedule, all appointments will end at the scheduled time. In-home Policy: Please ensure someone is available to let your practitioner in 15 minutes before your appointment begins, you may be charged the full fee without a guaranteed time extension. Extensions are at the practitioner's discretion.

Massage Termination Policy

We offer professional massage and bodywork services for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. Any inappropriate behavior, including harassment, threats, sexual advances, or disrespectful conduct will result in immediate termination of the session. Clients under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be treated. If a session is terminated for any of these reasons, you will still be charged the full amount.

Draping Policy

Clients will be appropriately draped with a sheet or towel throughout the massage. Only the area being treated will be uncovered. Your breast and genital areas will always remain covered and will not be massaged.

Safety Officer Policy (In-home Policy)

Our practitioners will check in with their designated safety officer upon arrival at your home, before the session starts, and after it's finished. The safety officer will have your name, phone number, and address. Your medical records will not be shared with the safety officer.
